- Description
- Solicitation for the purchase and delivery of electronic meal cards and monthly meal allowance credits. The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for the purchase and delivery of electronic meal cards and monthly meal allowance credits for locally engaged employees at the U.S. Embassy in Brussels. Your proposal must be submitted in the enclosed sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed” to the U.S. Embassy, attn: Contracting Officer, Regentlaan 27, 1000 Brussels on or before 1600 Hrs. on June 13, 2014. No proposal will be accepted after this time. Any other documentation should be mailed in a separate envelope, clearly marked as S-BE200-14-R-0022. The Work Statement and all other terms and conditions are contained in the enclosed Request for Proposals (RFP). The contract which will result from this RFP is estimated to run from August 1, 2014 thru July 31, 2015, with four one-year options, pending availability of funds. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 (page 1 of RFP) Solicitation Offer and Award (block 12 thru 18, as appropriate. Section 1, Pricing Schedule. Section 5. Representations and Certifications Additional information as required in Section The Embassy intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
