- DRAFT: Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is a Sources Sought announcement, FA4830-14-Q-0014, seeking small business responses in order to identify interested parties for potential participation in the acquisition. Businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and Women-Owned Small Business or Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business for the NAICS code are being sought as sources for consideration regarding the forthcoming solicitation. The 23d Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide one Catholic Priest at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. For additional information, see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The designated NAICS code is 813110 Religious Organizations, with a size standard of $7.0 million dollars. Your response shall reference this Sources Sought announcement number, FA4830-14-Q-0014, and shall include the following information: • Business size and any/all socio-economic category(ies) • Business name • CAGE code • Point of contact name, email address, telephone and fax numbers • Percentage of work your company is able to perform for these services in the socio-economic categories identified. Would your company team with another small business in order to meet the applicable subcontracting limitations of your socio-economic category(ies)? The subcontracting limitations are outlined in FAR 52.219-3, 52.219-14, 52.219-27, 52.219-29, and/or 52.219-30, as appropriate. Send your response to TSgt Seth Shan (seth.shan@us.af.mil) AND A1C Brady Cox (brady.cox.2@us.af.mil) no later than 3:00 PM Eastern on Wednesday, 28 May 2014. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
