This is a subcontracting opportunity with Gadsden Job Corps Center/Adams & Associates Inc., and not with the U.S. Department of Labor. Quotes should be submitted on company letterhead Quotes should include the bid id number This is a Blanket Purchase Order opportunity with Adams & Associates, Inc. for Emergency Repair of Heating & Air Conditioning Units on Gadsden Job Corps Center. We are currently soliciting bids for a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) for the Gadsden Job Corps Center. Our option begins June 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014 Please see below the scope of work and service: Scope of Work: Emergency Repair of Heating and Air Conditioning Units on Gadsden Job Corps Center •1. Provide maximum of 100 hours of service for this contract period. •2. GJCC is only obligated for repairs and necessary parts authorized under this agreement. •3. Vendor will submit a consolidated summary invoice as a monthly billing for all repairs and parts during the billing period. Invoices must contain references to BPA release numbers, an itemized list of repairs made and date of repairs. The invoice must be supported by signed work completion tickets.
