Notice of Intent Requisition No : 1125594 NAICS Code : 323111 IHS Global, Inc. 15 Inverness Way East Englewood, CO 80112 The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IHS Global, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) -- Soliciting From a Single Source, to obtain a renewal of a subscription to "Chemical Economics Handbook. These services are required from June 11, 2014 - June 10, 2015, to support the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). A determination that the proposed price is fair and reasonable will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability to respond. Responses must be received by no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. If the FDA identifies no other capable sources by that day and time, a Fixed Price Purchase Order will be issued to IHS Global, Inc.
