- SF 1442 Antelope Creek Clauses and Prescriptions Davis Bacon Wage Determination Construction Drawings NRCS Supplement to OSHA Bid Schedule Specs for Antelope Creek This is a solicitation issued by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service California for a federal construction contract to restore a stream bank in the in the City of Rocklin, Placer County, California on a section of Antelope Creek in the area of Sunset East Park. A pre-bid site showing will take place on 29 May 2014 at 10:30 a.m. and will be detailed in the posting of the solicitation package. The project includes the installation of approximately 190 linear feet of vegetated block wall, approximately 165 linear feet of toe rock, sedge planting and placement of willow cuttings. Major items of construction are Vegetated Block Wall, 1230 EA; Loose Rock Riprap, 230 TON; Drainfill, 170 TON; Reinforced Concrete, 80 CY; Removal of Water, Lump Sum; and Excavation and Earthfill, LUMP SUM. The estimated price range for this work is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 58 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed which is anticipated to occur on or about 18 August 2014 and an additional 3 days from 04 Nov 2014 through 07 Nov 2014 for placement of willow cuttings. The NAICS code for this project is 237990, and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. This is a total small business set aside. The solicitation package, construction drawings, and specifications will be posted and available from this site on or about 15 May 2014. Bid packages will be due on Monday 16 June 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time in Room 215 at the NRCS State Office located at 430 G. St. #4164, Davis, Ca. 95616.
