Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Devices (CPAP) and related supplies and accessories and Non-Personal Services of (2 FTEs) Respiratory Therapists, (1 FTE) Administrative Assistant, and (1 FTE) Technical Support Staff in support of the Department of Medicine at WRNMMC, Bethesda, MD. The contractor will work in conjunction with other professionals, and other non-contract personnel. The Contractor shall provide the supplies and personal services of Sleep Lab Technicians with varying requirements of the nature and scope described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
