Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Compressor shall be a Portable Sullair 900XH/350psi or equivalent, equipped with appropriate connecting hoses/devices. The compressor shall also be equipped with a filter to eliminate oil from the air stream. The compressor must be tri-axle and highway towable. The vendor shall be responsible for delivery and pick-up of the compressor to the Umatilla Chemical Depot 78798 Ordnance Road Bldg 11 Hermiston, OR 97838-9544 All delivery details shall be coordinated with the USACE-PM prior to delivery date. The initial delivery of equipment and materials for work at the Umatilla Chemical Depot is scheduled on or before June 2, 2014. The USACE Drill Crew shall be responsible for normal operation and maintenance of the compressor during the rental period as recommended by the equipment provider. The vendor shall be responsible for replacing or repairing all non-working equipment within 3 calendar days after notification by the USACE PM.
