Description

Heat Detector Assembly Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Philadelphia is considering NSN 6350-01-589-9186 for procurement. This NSN is Heat Detector Assembly. This is a sole source item to Meggitt Safety Systems (25693) P/N SAH-04400-01. DLATS is looking towards a 2 Base Year and 3 365 day Option Year, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price, Single Award with the Guaranteed Minimum of 9/EA and the total contract dollar value not to exceed $2,500,000.00 under FAR Part 12. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. The production lead time on this item is 98 days from date of order. Early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 16 June 2014. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLATS.
