Description

RFQ Solicitation N00421-14-T-0321 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to Pratt & Whitney for Model C Supermicrometer, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The requested items are replacements for damaged units. Pratt & Whitney has the proprietary rights on engineering data, design and product documentations of their products. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov All other information is in the attached RFQ. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm, Eastern 22-May-2014.
