****This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.**** *** Responses will be due on 6/6/2014 4:00 PM EST. *** The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center in Orlando is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (c). The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with small business size standard being $14.0M. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to perform Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Filter replacements and AHU inspections for all facility HVAC equipment located at the Viera VA Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL 32940. The period of performance shall be for three years. One (1) base year plus two (2) one year option period from the date of award. Please refer to the solicitation packet attached for complete information. Interested Oferrors must be certified in Vetbiz as a verified and certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. The Orlando VA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. Offers will be evaluated to determine which provides the best value to the Government. All offerors shall submit a quotation in accordance with the Statement of Work. In addition, must complete the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications listed under Section E of this solicitation. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about July 1, 2014. Proposals submitted in response to this notice; shall include the solicitation number in the subject line, shall be duly signed, dated and submitted via email to Victoria.robles@va.gov. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. No telephone requests will be accepted.
