- SP4702-14-R-0011 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, delivery, disposal and supervision necessary to paint the ceilings white in building 30 located at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio, All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications for project CSC-13773 and contract drawing (3-1575) subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation. SET ASIDE: Total Small Business Set Aside SITE VISIT: Offerors are invited to attend an organized site visit on 05/30/2014 at 1:00 PM ESTby reporting to: Defense Supply Center - Columbus 3990 E Broad Street, Building 308 Columbus, Ohio 43213 Call or email Raymond Johnson at 614-692-1929 (Raymond.Johnson@dla.mil) to be registered on the visitors list. Registration needs to be made 24 hours prior to the site visit. If you are not registered admittance to the site visit will not be allowed. There will only be one site visit. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: All questions shall be submitted to Raymond.Johnson@dla.mil. Answers will be posted on www.fbo.gov as an amendment to the solicitation. Questions need to be asked no later than 5 days prior to the close of the solicitation. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Please submit all proposals via email to Raymond.Johnson@dla.mil.
