- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-64 effective Friday, December 21, 2012; Defense DPN 20121231 effective 31 Dec 2012, and AFAC 2012-1107 effective 07 Nov 2012. This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 324121 Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing. All items shall be FOB Destination to Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. requires the following items: 0001: AC 20 Grade Performance Asphalt - quantity -21,888 - Gallons Performance Grade Asphalt binder quote mark PG 64-22 quote mark 125 degrees Fahrenheit Toughness, minimum (ASTM D-5801) 110 in pounds Tenacity, minimum (ASTM D-5801) 75 in pounds To be delivered in 6,000 gallon increments 0002: MC 30 Liquid Asphalt - quantity - 1,000 Pounds To be delivered in (1) one delivery Type of Contract: The government anticipates a single award of a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with an ordering period of twelve months. The government anticipates that the minimum order for this requirements contract will be $500.00 and the maximum order will be $25,000.00. Quotes shall be submitted in writing in Microsoft Word or PDF.
