Description
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Code 52540 is seeking information on commercially-available Universal UPS. The Universal UPS must meet the following specifications: 1) Universal Input & Output 2000VA, 1400W UPS 2) Input with manually selectable 120VAC or 240VAC Output On Line UPS 3) Power Conditioning/Conversion System with Power Factor Correction for rack mount enclosures 4) Used with Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries or Lead Acid Batteries 5) 2U-27"D Enclosure 6) Rating: 2000VA, 1400W 7) Input Voltages: Wide Range, 85VAC to 265VAC (Without needing the battery) 8) Input Frequency: 50Hz or 60Hz Input PFC 9) Input Power Factor Correction to less than: 0.99 10) Output Voltages: Manually selectable 120VAC or 240 VAC (or 115VAC or 230VAC) 11) 50/60Hz Frequency Follower 12) Hot Swappable Batteries 13) Approximately 14 minutes with 1000W load 14) Temp Range: -20C to +50C Operating 15) Communications: RS232 port and SNMP Version 3 Ethernet in support of remote shutdown 16) Rear locking panel switch is included allowing the user to select the use of either RS232 or SNMP communications. 17) UPS Enclosure: 2U, Rack 3.5"H x 17"W x 27"D, 18) Aluminum for lighter weight (19"W with rack ears) 19) Power Connectors: AC Input: IEC-230-C20 20) International power cord sets with optional lengths (i.e Japan, United States, Italy, Australia, Europe, Great Britain). 21) Will need 20A power cord with NEMA 5-20P included AC Output: 4 ea. IEC-320-19R Receptacles Suitable for either 120VAC or 240VAC with desired cordsets Review of this information is being performed by SSC-LANT Code 52540, which aims to conduct objective comparative assessments and validations of commercial UPS to determine if the solution will sustain the loads that exist with our equipment. All information received will be treated as public knowledge and may be used in SSC-LANT documentation; therefore, vendors should not submit proprietary information in response to this RFI. Specific information sought includes: 1. Company information, including name, address, URL, revenue, and number of employees. 2. Whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor. 3. A point of contact for follow-up information, and the point of contacts phone number and e-mail address. 4. Product name and a description of features. 5. Cost information such as purchase price and General Services Administration (GSA) schedule information. The submitted information will be evaluated for inclusion in SSC-LANT projects. If a SSC-LANT project requiring this type of equipment is executed, the equipment selection will be based upon a number of factors, including responder surveys and focus group inputs. Consequently, follow-up requests for feedback should not be made through Federal Business Opportunities posting agency.
