- Purchase Request number 0052924016, NSN 1420014580298, Nomenclature Fairing, Guided Missile.Solicitation # SPE4A614R1897. The quantity is 175 each: IAW CAGE 78286 Drawing 70102-11110, Revision G, Part piece number 70102-11110-041 The solicitation will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement will be solicited as a small business set-aside. FOB: Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) now (SAM) must be registered via https://www.sam.gov The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 16, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
