The purpose of this modification is to answer the following questions: Question 1: On page 5 of 12 under Quarterly, item 14 "Clean all walls and partitions thoroughly accomplished on a semi-annual basis." - Is the task completed 2x's per year or 4x's per year. Answer 1: Remove Semi-Annual. Services should be performed on a weekly basis. Question 2: On page 6 of 12 "SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED (Monday through Friday): Work is to be accomplished during the hours of 8:00am and 2:30pm. Monday through Saturday excluding Federal Holidays." Is the work week 5 days per week (Mon - Fri) or 6 days per week (Mon-Sat)? Answer 2: Ambulatory Care - 6:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Sunday) 10 Hour coverage Building 1, Canteen, Retail Store, and Offices: 8:00am-2:30pm (Monday -Saturday) Note: There will be two separate tours of duty, for two separate areas.
