- Amendment no.: 0006 is for Solicitation no.: A14PS00487 is as follows: 1.To change paragraph 10 in the statement of work to read: "The work shall consist of the conduct of an ASTM E1527-05 Phase 1 study with a visual survey, based using the existing utility plan of the Tohatchi School for the ~262.30 acres shall be use to confirm the location of underground utilities or any buried underground storage tanks. Revisions to the existing utility and site plan identify all existing structures and the location of underground utilities shall be developed. Following the visual survey, a report shall be prepared in the format a provided by Section 7, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment of the ASTM E1527-05 and shall also include documentation and recommendations as outlined in Section 13.
