- PRICE MODEL PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONAIRE LABOR CATEGORY PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS LOCAL CLAUSES EVALUATION CRITIERIA STATEMENT OF WORK This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is TIRNO-14-00027 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for clerical personnel support services. Prior to award, the successful offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (formerly the Central Contractor Registration) database at www.sam.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. This acquisition is a total set -aside for 8(a) small businesses, SBA certified.
