- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby give notice of intent to award a sole source contract to the Ex Libris (USA) Inc., 1350 E. Touhy Ave, Ste 200E, Des Plaines, IL, 60018-3307, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-(b), soliciting from a single source. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Capability statements received by the response date of this announcement may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. (Qty: 4ea) Option Year 4, 01 Jun 2018 - 31 May 2019. (Qty: 4ea) CLIN 0002: DigiTool Annual Maintenance. (Qty: 4ea) Base Year, 01 Jun 2014 - 31 May 2015. (Qty: 4ea) Option Year 1, 01 Jun 2015 - 31 May 2016. (Qty: 4ea) Option Year 2, 01 Jun 2016 - 31 May 2017. (Qty: 4ea) Option Year 3, 01 Jun 2017 - 31 May 2018. (Qty: 4ea) Option Year 4, 01 Jun 2018 - 31 May 2019.
