- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation) The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, Contracting Branch (AFLCMC/HNCK) at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio TX is seeking potential sources capable of providing KS-252 and KS-124 (variant) provisioning, to include but not limited to, tools, existing test equipment, spares, information, and training required to establish an organic repair capability for the KS-252 and KS-124 End Cryptographic Units (ECUs). The Government has restricted rights to the software and limited rights to the hardware for the KS-252 and KS-124. Parts and equipment must be provided from the original equipment manufacturer only. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Respondents will not individually be notified of the results of any government assessments. Interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. The NAICS Code is 334419; the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. CAPABILITIES PACKAGE: All interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit a capabilities package that explicitly describes their authorization and demonstrates their ability to perform the work specified herein. Responses are limited to 15, 8.5 X 11 inch, double-sided pages, including cover and administrative pages, and shall be delivered in Microsoft Word (Office 2007 or compatible format) using 11 point font or larger. Responses containing FOUO must be encrypted.
