- ****AMENDMENT 1**** This announcement has been amended to reflect an updated SOW, spreadsheet, and a new closing date of 5/23/14 at 5PM EST. ****AMENDMENT 2**** This announcement has been amended to reflect an updated spreadsheet. This acquisition is an open competition under NAICS code 423430 - COMPUTER AND COMPUTER PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE MERCHANT WHOLESALERS. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to use the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable proposal as the basis of award for this project. The FAA has a requirement for HP ArcSight software and hardware appliances, extended warranty, and maintenance and support as itemized in the attached RFQ spreadsheet. This is a commercial item. The FAA expects delivery of all items two weeks after contract award. A single award for all items is intended. Partial offers will not be considered. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR. All offers must be submitted electronically to Glenn Wilson, AAQ-420, glenn.a.wilson@faa.gov. Offerors may use the attached spreadsheet or submit their own quotation itemized in the same manner. Transmission of offers electronically is at the risk of the offeror. See clause 3.2.2.3-20 Electronic Offers. All offers must be received by 5:00 PM EST, May 23, 2014.
