- RFP FOR MCRC HP BLADE SUPPORT THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number M0026314T1016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 and DFARS Publication 20140428. This solicitation is issued as 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 and the size standard is $2.5 Million. "THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL SOLICITAION" MCRC has a requirement for Hewlett Packard (HP) Blade server mantenance and support at 3280 Russell Rd, Quantico, VA.22134-5105. The contract requirements, as well as all applicable provisions and clauses, for this procurement are outlined on the following pages. The basis for award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable with the evaluation criteria as outlined in the Solicitation. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include the following: (1) Technical capabilities (to include literature and outline of experience working on manufacture item (s) being quoted. (2) Past Performance: provide three past performance reference (not more than 3 years old). Past performance references shall be similar to this requirement in scope and size. Include POC, contract number and contract amount. (3) Price: all pricing quoted shall be FOB Destination. (4) Completion of representation and certifications (FAR 52.212-3), update in SAM. (FARS & DFARS) (5) Signed 1449 (blocks 30a, b&c) It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. All equipment will have a warranty that is in accordance with industry standards. The NAICS code is 541519- the small business standard is $2.5M. The Federal Supply Class Code is 7030 - Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Software All equipment provided must be in accordance with and in compliance with the statement of work. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office No Later Than May 27, 2014 at 3:00 PM EDST. The closing date and time for this solicitation is May 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM (EDST). Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and are legible.
