Description

J&A Fan Coil Unit Install Little Rock, AR Synopsis The General Services Administration (GSA), Greater Southwest Region, has a requirement to improve the Indoor Air Quality conditions, (that is, indoor temperatures during the cooling season) in five (5) Probation offices in the recently built-out office suite on the 2nd floor of the Little Rock Courthouse. The work to be performed hereunder includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment (unless otherwise noted) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance in the Installation of five (5) Fan-Coil Units (FCUs). The estimated cost range for all work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement for the project will be in accordance with FAR 6.302, Other Than Full and Open, as a Sole Source Requirement to the firm assigned within this notice. A copy of the J&A is attached.
