This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's award of a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Emergency Care Research Institute, 5200 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN procured Health Device Gold Membership for the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures.
