The Government plans to award up to three (3) separate Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, consisting of a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at the locations listed below. Individual, firm-fixed price task orders will be issued. Significant sub-contracting opportunities can be expected in a variety of trades to include, but not limited to: roofing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roadwork, painting, and masonry. The total program value of the acquisition will not exceed $275,000,000 and falls between the magnitude of $250,000,000 and $500,000,000 in accordance with DFARS 236.204. The location of work will cover multiple installations including Peterson Air Force Base, CO; Fort Carson, CO (to include Piñon Canyon, Bldg 20,000, and Pueblo Chemical Depot); Schriever AFB, CO; Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, CO; United States Air Force Academy, CO (to include Farish Memorial Recreation and Bullseye Auxiliary Airfield); Buckley AFB, CO, and FE Warren AFB; WY. It has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located in Colorado and Wyoming, and other 8(a) firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area, and the assigned NAICS code of 236220. All other 8(a) Business Development Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. All applicable solicitation documents* are included in this posting. A pre-performance conference and site visit of all installations will take place on 3-5 June 2014. Contractors are required to provide the following by 12:00pm MST on 27 May 2014 in accordance with Section L of the solicitation, AFFARS clause 5352.215-9001 for the site visit: -Name (Last, First, Middle Initial) (not to exceed two (2) attendees per offeror) -Company Name -Date of Birth -Driver's License Number and State -Social Security Number Additionally, in accordance with Section L of the solicitation, AFFARS clause 5352.215-9001, any questions or requests for information are due no later than 4:00pm MST on 29 May 2014. *Please note due to file size and FBO upload limitations, larger solicitation attachments have been split into multiple files.
