- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC), Albany, GA intends to award a sole source firm-fixed- price contract to Lion-Vallen, Industries (Cage 05AL2) for services to support the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) National Capital Region (NCR) facilities. Performance under this requirement will be conducted at 6 facilities located in the NCR area. All site location facilities are government owned. The period of performance is two years with a base period of one year and one option year. The government reserves the right to make or not to make an award resulting from this solicitation. The proposed NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541614; Size Standard is $14.0M. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. The contractor must be capable of providing: (1) logistics services to manage, support, and operate the CSP NCR facilities and (2) Marine Corps visibility of assets via the contractor owned contractor operated Asset Visibility Capability (AVC) system. The Contractor ™s AVC system is a key resource used in the management and operations of the CSP NCR facilities. Contractor ™s AVC must be fully certified and accredited under Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) by the Headquarters Marine Corps C4 Cyber Security with a full Authority to Operate (ATO) to include the AVC IT solution and hosting facility prior to receipt of award. The government is in the development phase of a Government Owned IT system that will support the CSP enterprise. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of a proposal is not anticipated. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purposes. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. To be considered for award, such offer must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offeror ™s capability to provide these services, including the DIACAP approved AVC IT system requirement. Written proposals and other required information must be received at this office on or before 30 days after issuance of this notice.
