(Code S1930) 814 Radford Blvd., Bldg. 3700, Ste. 20270 MCLB Albany, GA 31704, (229) 639-6474, FAX (229) 639-6791, or email at francine.richardson@usmc.mil MCLC, Albany, GA intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Oshkosh Corporation (CAGE 45152) for the Refurbishments of the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR). The MTVR family of vehicles consists of several variants: Standard Wheel Base Cargo, Extra Long Wheel Base Cargo, Dump Truck, Tractor, Wrecker, and High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Resupply Vehicle (RSV). The period of performance is a one-year base with a one-year option. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 336390, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE AND WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Information on registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.sam.gov and http://wawf.eb.mil. The United States Marine Corps utilized Wide Area Work Flow as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor request for payment. See Numbered Note(s) 22.
