Description

This specials notice is to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Strong Leather Company at 39 Grover Street Gloucester Massachusetts, 01930 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase custom inside and outside Badge Mount Cases. The proprietary images of the NCIS law enforcement badges used in production of law enforcement badge mounts cases are property of the U.S. Government. No alteration or reproduction of the NCIS Law Enforcement badges and or its image are authorize without permission. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to Identicard Systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 316998. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government. Contracting Officer Address: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Quantico, VA 22134. DESCRIPTION PART NO and QUANTITY Item No: Description Quantity 0001- NCIS Badge on Outside of Case Qty 150 0002-NCIS Badge in Trifold Case Qty 150 This is a Brand Name requirement.
