- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F7H3LG4141A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being solicited as a small business set aside under NAICS code 722310 and small business size standard is $20.5M. The Kentucky Air National Guard is a soliciting proposals for catered Meal Services & Mess Attendants at the Gulfport CRTC, MS for 24-27 June 2014. Complete Work Statement, menus, clauses, etc are included in the attached statement of work (SOW). Please provide pertinent past perforation information, a complete list of ALL employees whom will be permitted at the Gulfport CRTC installation for background checks (Name, DOB, and Social Security Number), and food sources with you proposals. The intent of the Kentucky National Guard is to award a firm fixed price contract. The award will be based on best value; qualifying personnel (please refer to Statement of Work (SOW), and past performance. Line Item #1: Catered Meal Services & Mess Attendants at the Gulfport CRTC, MS for 24-27 June 2013 Additional Information: **Statement of Work Attached** Vendor Information: The contractor will submit an entry authorization list (EAL) for ALL employees who will be permitted at the Gulfport CRTC with your Quote/Proposal. A EAL will again be requested/provided to the Contracting Officer/Services Superintendent 10 days prior to the service performance start date. All offerors will quote their price on the following criteria (See attached Statement of Work) WITHOUT EXCEPTION. If you offer terms not within this criteria, then offeror will be considered non-responsive: By submitting an offer for this solicitation you are agreeing to the above stated terms. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (a) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records -- Negotiation.
