PARTIAL THD CANNULATED 3.5MM SCREW SET Zimmer Item# 00114700135 2 EA. FULL THD CANNULATED SCREW 3.5mm SCREW SET Zimmer Item 00114700235 2 EA. THD CANNULATED SCREW SET 4.0MM 1/3 Zimmer Item #00114700140 2 EA. THD CANNULATED SCREW SET 4.0MM 1/2 Zimmer Item #00114700240 Solicitation VA528-14-Q-0295 is issued by Stratton V.A. Medical Center 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12180 who anticipates not conducting discussions with offerors submitting quotations under the subject solicitation and reserves the right to make contract award based on the initial offer submitted. Requirements may be added by future amendments to this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm, EST on May 28, 2014. Offers may be submitted via email to Anthony Murray, Anthony.Murray2@va.gov. When submitting offers, please note the solicitation number VA528-12-Q-0362 in subject line of the email.
