- This is a sources sought notice and market survey for information. The Regional Contracting Office for the 414CSB in Vicenza, Italy will use the responses to this sources sought notice to determine potential responsible vendors capable of providing the services described herein. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. BACKGROUND: The purpose of this requirement is to provide recurring maintenance of generators within the Vicenza -Italy- US Army Garrison installations. The generator maintenance services will occur to, from, or within any combination of the following sites: Camp Ederle (Vicenza), Villaggio Della Pace Housing Area (Vicenza), ASP #7 (Tormeno Vicenza), Longare (Vicenza), Lerino Warehouse (Vicenza), Del Din, Torri di Q. (Vicenza) and Poggio Renatico (Ferrara). REQUIREMENTS: In order to guarantee the best service in terms of responsiveness, In case of breakdown, a technician shall be available to be contacted by telephone during normal duty hours (8:00AM until 5:00PM). If the problem cannot be solved telephonically, a Contractor technician shall be required to fix it on the job site. The contractor shall provide the full range of services necessary to satisfy the recurring maintenance of generators in accordance with the following Italian laws: Norma CEI 2-3 2006 quote mark Macchine elettriche rotanti quote mark Norma CEI 64-14 Prima Edizionc Fascicolo 2930 quote mark Guida aile verifiche degli impianti elettrici utilizzatori quote mark. Norma CEI 11-15 Scconda Edizionc Fascicolo 2597 quote mark Esecuzione di lavori sotto tensione quote mark Nanna CEI 17-82 quote mark Norma per apparccchiture assiemate di protezione e manovra per bassa tensione (quadri)''. Norma CEI 64-8 Sesta Edizione. CEI 2-24, 2-28, 2-35, 11-20, 11-25, 17-5, 17-13/1, 20-40, 23-311, 26-13, 26-23, 31-30, 31- 33, 31 -35, 44-5, Decreta Legge 81-08. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, equipment, supplies, services, and materials, for the re-occurring maintenance of generators. Equipment type and size shall be suitable for commercial generators. The Government contemplates to establish one (1) Requirements contract to include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238210. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed above. In order to deem the vendors' responsibility, such package shall include the following documentation: 1.Certificato Camera di Commercio (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce) NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. The business purpose (oggetto sociale) should include but is not limited to: maintenance and inspection of generator and related equipment. 2.DURC: a copy NOT older than ninety (90) days at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry of the DURC (Documento Unico di Regolarit Contributiva). Self certifications (autocertificazioni) are NOT allowed. The document MUST include the following statement: quote mark Con il presente documento si dichiara che l'impresa RISULTA REGOLARE ai fini del DURC quote mark (We hereby declare that the firm IS IN COMPLIANCE with the DURC requirements). 3.SAM Registration. In order to register on SAM website ( https://www.sam.gov ), vendors must have a DUNS number ( obtainable on http://dbitaly.dnb.com ) and a NATO code (obtainable www.dlis.dla.mil/forms/form_AC135.asp) NOTE: If the decision is made to issue a Solicitation for this requirement, additional information regarding the Performance of Work will accompany the solicitation.
