Description

The FAA Western Service Area, Acquisition Group intends to award a contract to a competent, well-qualified, responsive contractor to perform conference event coordinator services for the Northwest Mountain Airports Annual Conference. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This is a No-Cost contract. The FAA intends to award a Base Period plus 4 option years. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: Offers are due by no later than 2:00pm (Pacific Time) on June 19, 2014. Email and Facsimile are NOT acceptable means of submission of proposal. All offerors submitting a proposal must be currently registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at http://www.sam.gov before an award can be made. This procurement is unrestricted in regard to business size or type. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920, Convention and Trade Show Organizers with a Small Business Size Standard of $10 million.
