- 22 May 14: Next Industry Day - 26 June 14 This is a notification that the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Contracting Office and the 505th Command and Control Wing are conducting an Industry Day for the DMOC requirement. This shall be the SECOND of FOUR Industry Days. It will be held on 26 June 14 from 0730-1600 at the DMOC facility on Kirtland AFB, NM. This second Industry Day will focus on the Virtual Flag Exercises & Event Support portion of the SOW. The SOW will be posted to the Explicit Access section of FBO NLT mid-June to allow Industry review, feedback, & comments. Vendors must have submitted a valid and certified DD 2345 and signed NDA in order to access this area of FBO. This Industry Day will also discuss possible contract type and CLIN structure. Feedback from Industry is welcome in this area. Questions regarding the Industry Day or the Flag Exercises & Event Support portion of the SOW shall be submitted to Capt John Paul Duman or Tara Bond (contact information listed below) via email NLT 7 July 14. Questions will also be recorded and answered, if possible, during the Industry Day. One-on-One Meetings will be held during this Industry Day at the DMOC. Interested contractors shall notify Capt John Paul Duman or Tara Bond via email NLT Wednesday, 10 June at 1600 MST of their desire for a session as well as all applicable questions. Late questions cannot be accepted. The time limit per session will be 25 minutes per company. Sessions will be conducted 26 & 27 June. Time slots will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis and the sessions may continue into 27 Jun. Vendors located in Albuquerque will automatically be scheduled for 27 June. Confirmation emails will be sent to all interested vendors NLT 13 June before Industry Day. The questions and answers from these sessions shall be reviewed, complied and posted on FBO following the One-on-One sessions. Only questions which benefit all vendors as a whole will be posted. Do not ask questions pertaining to proprietary information or trade secrets. NOTE : The Industry Days are not compounding and are independent of each other; hence, if an interested company did not attend the first Industry Day in March, they can still attend the June Industry Day. The 26 June 2014 Industry Day schedule is as follows: 0730-0800 - Check-In (no visitors are permitted in the facility prior to this time) 0800-0815 - Introductions & Security Brief 0815-0830 - Source Selection Process 0830-0930 - DMOC Mission Brief and Virtual Flag Exercises & Event Support Brief 0930-1045 - Battle Space Tours 1045-1130 - Tour/SOW Q&A 1130-1300 - Lunch 1300-1600 - One-on-One Sessions All visitors will require a Secret Clearance to participate in the Battle Space tour. No electronic devices, to include phones, laptops, tablets, thumb drives, cameras, smart watches, etc., will be allowed in the facility. All interested parties are required to enter into the Government JPAS system by Thursday, 19 June 2014, at 1600hrs [AHW1] See JPAS information listed below. Separate JPAS requests must be made for each Industry Day; a blanket request shall be denied. Also by 19 June 2014, please contact Capt John Paul Duman at 505-846-6673, john.duman@us.af.mil, or Tara Bond at 505-846-4547, tara.bond@us.af.mil, to be added to the Contracting attendance roster. Please provide your company name and job title, physical address, DUNS, CAGE Code, and a list of the names of attendees as well if you are interested in being the prime contractor or subcontractor for this effort. Each prospective prime contractor is permitted to send two (2) representatives including subcontractors. Additionally, all companies must submit a completed and certified DD2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement by the above mentioned deadline. Parties who have not submitted their JPAS request or a copy of their DD2345 before the deadline will not be admitted for participation. NOTE: if a vendor previously submitted a certified dd2345 and NDA for the March industry day or for FBO explicit access, a new submission is not required. However, a new JPAS request is required for each industry da y.
