Description

J&A J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) requires Cisco brand name software installation and maintenance as well as the upgrade of hardware approaching end-of-life. A detailed description of the requirement, CLINs, Instructions to Offerors, an all provisions, clauses, and agenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation number H98210-14-T-0014. Solicitation number H98210-14-T-0014 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% set-aside to small businesses and shall demonstrate that they are a small business. The NAICS code is 541512 and the small business size standard is $25.5 million. The contract award type shall be Firm-Fixed Price contract. Offerors shall submit their quotes in accordance with the instructions to offerors contained in the solicitation. This is an all or none requirement. Partial quotes will not be accepted or evaluated and will be deemed nonresponsive to this requirement. Only quotes received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government.
