Description
Past Performance Form CDRLs A001 and T001 AC Current Shunt Spec. DC Current Shunt Spec. Solicitation for AC-DC Current Shunt STATEMENT OF WORK 1.0 SCOPE The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology Calibration (METCAL) Program requires a maximum quantity of AC-DC Shuts as follows: 15 AMP DC Shunt = 125 each, 100 AMP DC Shunt = 33 each; 300 AMP DC Shunt = 33 each; and 20 AMP AC Shunt = 125 each. 2.0 BACKGROUND NAVAIR METCAL has a requirement to provide equipment intended for use by Navy personnel in shipboard and shore-based laboratories and by other Department of Defense (DoD) personnel in secondary calibration laboratories, to calibrate current sources, panel peter calibrators, power supplies, and other assorted equipment found in the Navy inventory that required DC and/or AC Current Shunts. 3.0 SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The AC/DC Shunts must conform to the requirements in the following Standards: CSS 03-094 DC Current Shunt Spec (See Attachment 1) CSS 03-095 AC Current Shunt Spec (See Attachment 2) 3.2 Operator/Maintenance Manuals are required to be supplied with each unit. Reference Section J CDRL T001 (See Attachment 3) for the Technical Manual. Specifications CSS 03-094 and CSS 03-095 are mandatory to this requirement. 3.3 Calibration requirements are mandatory to the specifications CSS 03-094 and CSS 03-095. 3.4 Requirements verification shall be mandatory to the specifications CSS 03-094 and CSS 03-095. Out of tolerance conditions observed during verification testing shall be considered warranty failures. 3.5 A Failure Report/Corrective Action Summary shall be provided to the Government. Reference Section J, CDRL A001 (See Attachment 3) for Failure Report of in-warranty failures.
