Description

Past Performance Survey Afghanistan Course Coordinator SO requires an individual to serve as the Course Facilitator who delivers the "Afghanistan Familiarization" course. The duties of the Course Facilitator are described in section 4.1 Course Facilitator. Performance of these services will occur only as directed by SO. The Course Facilitator needs to be an individual who can provide context based on his/her experience working for the Department of State and other foreign affairs agencies. The Course Facilitator must have experience working in Afghanistan for the U.S. government, and successfully conducting U. S. relations with the Government of Afghanistan and Afghanistan's civil society. No part of the services to be performed under this agreement may be subcontracted, transferred, or assigned without the prior authorization of the Contracting Officer. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be issued based upon the government's need and according to FSI's determination of what is most advantageous to the USG. FSI does not guarantee any minimum level of work.
