- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, Oregon, plans to issue a Request for Quote, #RFQP06121400020, for the provision of: Supply/Installation of one (1) industrial size dust collector for the wood shop at FCI Sheridan. Delivery is required by August 1, 2014. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333413; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government will award to the responsible party whose quote conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for the following elements: lowest price technically acceptable. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at website sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after May 29, 2014 with a due date of June 19, 2014 12:00 p.m. local time. A site visit will be offered. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web www.fedbizopps.gov Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
