- Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services acquisition will provide SAP ERP Services focused on logistics, finance, and related domains and business processes. **23 May 2014 Update** Army ERP Services Small Business IDIQ Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement W52P1J-14-R-0059 PURPOSE: This announcement provides notification of an Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services Small Business IDIQ Pre-Solicitation Conference and the opportunity for prospective Small Business PRIME Offerors to request individual meetings ('One-on-Ones') with the Government. GENERAL SESSION: The Pre-Solicitation Conference General Session will be presented by Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Project Manager, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (PM AESIP). When: 24 June 2014, 8:00am - 11:00am Agenda (General Session): 8:00-9:00 Check-in 9:00-9:15 Army ERP Services Small Business Contract Strategy 9:15-10:00 Review Key Draft RFP Sections 10:00 Submit Questions 10:00-10:30 Break/Attendees Networking 10:30-11:00 Question and Answer (Q&A) Where: Heroes Auditorium Address: Bldg 1458, 9301 Chapek Rd. Ft. Belvoir, VA. 22060 Registration for the General Session for each attendee is required NLT 19 June 2014 and can be found at: http://www.cvent.com/d/84q3ll/. Directions to Fort Belvoir can be found at this link: http://www.belvoir.army.mil/directions.asp Visitors who wish to enter Fort Belvoir and do not have a Department of Defense identification card must use Tulley Gate from 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. Drivers must provide a valid state driver's license and all occupants must provide photo ID. http://www.belvoir.army.mil/allaccess.asp INDIVIDUAL MEETINGS WITH GOVERNMENT The purpose of the individual meetings is to discuss Draft RFP W52P1J-14-R-0059 with Industry to ensure a clear understanding of the solicitation. Please note: Any questions answered by the Government during these sessions will be made public on a non-attribution basis by posting to the Army ERP Services website at: http://www.aschq.army.mil/ac/aaisdus/PEO_EIS.aspx All prospective Small Business PRIME Offerors requesting individual meetings with the Government must first provide the following information NLT 13 June 2014. There is no required format for the submission; however, all of the following information must be contained in an email to angela.m.calhoun.civ@mail.mil: *Primary Point of Contact name, title, phone number, and email address *Contractor's Cage Code and statement that its record in SAM.gov is current and indicates Small Business status for NAICS code 541519 *Contractor's statement that it has reviewed all Draft documents posted for Industry comment at http://www.aschq.army.mil/ac/aaisdus/PEO_EIS.aspx, and is interested in being a PRIME Offeror *Contractor's statement that its team can perform all 14 Task Areas (prospective subcontractors shall attend with their prime only) *Prime Contractor's capability statement reflecting SAP ERP services and experience (not to exceed 3 pages) *List of attendees - name, title, and company (Maximum of 8 attendees, including prime and subcontractor representatives) After the Government receives and reviews the requested information, it will schedule the individual meetings by coordinating with the contractor's Primary Point of Contact. The Government will schedule individual meetings on a first-come first-served basis, starting with the earliest available time slot, until all meeting slots are filled. The Government will respond confirming the time slot as soon as possible. No teleconference lines will be provided. Scheduled Prime Contractors shall submit questions for discussion during their individual meeting NLT 5:00pm ET 24 June 2014 via email to angela.m.calhoun.civ@mail.mil. Individual meetings will be held 25-26 June 2014 and will be 45 minutes in length. Agenda: Introductions: 5 minutes Company Overview: 5 minutes Question and Answer Discussion: 35 minutes Where: Ft.
