- The Fort Sill Mission and Installation Contracting Command is conducting market research for refuse services. The requirement requires the contractor to provide services, personnel, tools, equipment, and supplies, as specified for the collection and transportation of refuse to the Sanitary Landfill or Rubble Pit at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The period of performance is 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014, with four one-year option periods. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine the procurement strategy. Appropriate procurement strategy will be determined after consideration of industry response to this sources sought notice. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. If you know your firm possesses the ability to provide this product/service, you shall respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet the requirement, and your firm's socioeconomic programs in which you are currently certified. Respondents that do not provide their certified socioeconomic program(s) and capability statement, will not be reviewed or considered as interested parties. Detailed capabilities shall be submitted to the email address provided below no later than 30 May 2014, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). All questions or comments shall be forwarded in writing by e-mail to cole.p.cook.civ@mail.mil and lisa.g.slagle.civ@mail.mil. Electronic responses are required. All responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Company's full name, address, telephone, and point of contact with email address. b. Company's Cage Code, DUNs, and Certs and Reps. c. Company's Capability Statement. d. A statement indicating the offeror's interest in submitting a proposal. e. A statement indicating the offeror's ability to prepare and submit detailed invoices via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). f. Company Socio-Economic Program Participation: small, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service disabled veteran-owned. g. A statement indicating what services, if any, will be subcontracted (i.e., maintenance, reporting, etc.). The closing date for this sources sought notice is 4:00 p.m. CST on 30 May 2014. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
