- SOW Solicitation FA5209-14-T-0119 The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in the specifications and the drawings for Project ZNRE 13-1078, Install Exhaust Control System, B4336 East Fire Station, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The following scope of work is expressed in general terms and in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility. Perform all work indicated in specifications or accompanying drawings, which will be included in the solicitation package. The contractor is required to provide a complete and usable facility within the terms and conditions of this contract. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: All work necessary to installing exhaust control system at east fire station. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and any other necessary to complete this project to ensure usable facility. The magnitude of this project is expected less than Y2,598,498 ($25,000.00) in accordance with FAR 36.204 (a), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Selection will be based upon evaluation factors which will be stipulated on the solicitation package. For more details will be posted when determined. Please e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project. The site visit is scheduled on 4 Jun 14 at 1400 hours at Bldg.4336, JST. If you need to attend the site visit, please make an appointment with the POC and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 1300 hours to obtain the passes. You must bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you won't be able to enter the base. NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
