- RFQ Packet The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide Expert RPMS Expert Level Technical Support Services to Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located in Phoenix, Arizona. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Quote (RFQ) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about May 27, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The Offerors are required to submit RFQ by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov. The RFQ due date is close of business 12:00 pm Phoenix, Arizona Time on June 6, 2014. Late proposals will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511 and the Small Business Standard is $25.5 million.
