U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation Number 4CA1027 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: The area of consideration is Fresno, California, Central Business District, within the area bounded by: North: Sequoia-Kings Canyon Freeway/Hwy. 180 South: Hwy. 99 East: Yosemite Freeway/Hwy. 41 West: Hwy. 99 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,165 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,623 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Secure): 11 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: none Additional Requirements: The office space shall be contiguous and on a single floor, preferably on the ground floor. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Fresno, California that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner must include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Please provide the following information in your expression of interest. 1. Building : Name and address. 2. Authorized Contact: Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address 3. Legal Entity: Name and contact information of the property ownership 4. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area as specified in this ad. 5. Location of offered space in the building 6. Date the space will be available. 7. Size : Rentable square feet (RSF) and ABOA square feet offered. 8. Rent: Offered rental rate/RSF for a full-service lease. 9. Tenant Improvement : Specify the TI allowance included in the offered rate/RSF. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner's agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
