- State: California City: Ukiah Delineated Area: The city limits of the City of Ukiah to a distance of no more than 2.0 miles from the northern and southern city limits. Maximum Sq. Ft.: 4,326 rentable square feet Space Type: 2,165 ABOA SF office and related space, 1,800 USF warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): To code plus 14 secured spaces for Government owned vehicles and trailers. This parking must be paved, fenced and covered. The cover shall be no less than fifteen (15) feet high to the rafters or underside of the roof structure. Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years EXISTING BUILDINGS ARE PREFERRED. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Ukiah, California, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
