- 154 MSG/MSC has made an urgent and compelling award for a Westinghouse HJD 3250F circuit breaker to Typhoon Electric & Telecommunications in accordance with FAR 6.302-2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 and the size standard is $14 Mil. The replacement of the circuit breaker for 292 CBCS was mission critical and would have caused a work stoppage had it not been replaced quickly.
