Description

N00030-11-G0049/QX15-EEPOTS DCMA intends to negotiate and award a task order to Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (LMSSC) under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the Enchanced Enclosure for the Protection of Ordnance in Transit System (EEPOTS), consisting of a tractor (GFE), a trailer, a secure container, and ancillary equipment to meet security requirements and the projected Strategic Weapons Facilities (SWF) workload. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10, U. S. Code 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.
