- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Wapato Irrigation Project intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part, 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items to Alligare, LLC, 13 N. 8th Street, Opelika, AL 36801-4331. Alligare, LLC is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the required supplies that meets Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Washington State National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for aquatic pesticide applications on federal and Tribal land for use in treating moss/algae in irrigation canals/ditches. The NAICS code is 325320. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a proposal/quote in response to this request and in accordance with the FAR Part 12. The Government will consider all responses received within 10 days of the publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The following products with these specific specifications will be procured: 1)Magnacide H, 6 skids at 2450 lbs. each. QTY of 6 skids, 14,700/LB @ $_________ 2)Magnacide H, 6 cylinders at 370 lbs. each.
