The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with UpToDate Inc., 95 Sawyer Rd, Waltham, MA 02453 for UpToDate subscription renewal for the period 1 Aug 2014 thru 31 July 2015 with four 1 year option periods. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
