- The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support the upcoming Docking Phased Maintenance Availability (DPMA) to include docking, control of hazardous waste material, hull, machinery bilge dewatering system, thin hull repair and preservation on Kings Bay Yard Crane YD-251. The Government's market research is based on FAR Part 19 and the result of the market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
