- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT RLP 2NM0121 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Albuquerque Delineated Area: North - 556 (Tramway) to 4th St NW, South on 4th St NW to Alameda Blvd NW, West on Alameda Blvd NW to Ellison Dr NW to McMahon Blvd NW to Unser South - I-40 East - Wyoming West - Unser Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,720 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 17,720 Space Type: Office (13,220 ABOA), Warehouse (4,500 ABOA), 68,000 square feet of open land for secured wareyard. Parking Spaces (Total): In accordance with local codes.
