- INFORMATION FOR INDUSTRY (1) This is a draft solicitation provided by the Government to industry. The Government invites Industry to provide whatever comments or questions it might have concerning this requirement or the terms of this draft solicitation. (2) The Government plans to issue a final solicitation in late June 2014. The final solicitation will be based in part on the feedback received from industry regarding this draft solicitation. (3) Industry may provide feedback to the Government to Christine Sordillo, contract specialist, at christine.f.sordillo.civ@mail.mil or John Conlin, contracting officer, at john.conlin3.civ@mail.mil. (4) The Government will issue updates to this draft solicitation from time to time. Interested parties are encouraged to check fbo.gov frequently for the latest version of the draft solicitation. (5) At this time, the Government does not plan to set this acquisition aside for small businesses. (6) The Government plans to award a single contract from the final solicitation. The contract will be a 10-year, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity vehicle. (7) The Government plans to allow a 30 day response time from release of the final RFP to submission of proposals.
