- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a contract for the upgrade of the primary and redunant servers at the Fire Stations and Military Police office with Monaco MNS software. The award will be made to Monaco Enterprises, Inc., 14820 E. Sprague Ave., Spokane, WA. 99216. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERORS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the single source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which will be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses need to be sent to Bob Pizzano no later than 6/2/2014 @ 11am. robert.pizzano@usma.edu. If no responses are received by the due date an award will be made without further notice.
